Payment: At our shop in Hillsboro, we accept cash, check or VIsa & MasterCard. For on-line purchases we accept PayPal only! If you don't have a PayPal account you can still make a purchase. Once on the PayPal payment page, simply select the "Not A PayPal Member" option. You will then be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card information. You may also print out an order form and send us a check or money order.
Shipping: Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping cost are calculated at checkout. Items are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Large orders, please call for shipping information.
Patterns, Colors & Fabrics: Actual colors of fabric, thread, floss, etc. may vary slightly from run to run. Also your monitor is not an accurate gauge of color and colors displayed can vary greatly from screen to screen. Be advised that your computer screen should not be used for exact color matching and it is recommended to use an items product number or code to find the closest match.
Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in NEW and UNUSED, UNCUT condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses and items may be sent to the address at the bottom of this page. Items may also be exchanged! If you exchange your original purchase for an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost associated with returns.
